The NHS recommends that children aged 5 to 18-years-old should do at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day to maintain a basic level of health. Did you know for pre-school children the recommended time for being active is 180 minutes? Research has shown us time again that physical activity boosts mental wellbeing, reduces anxiety and improves mood. But how do we fit it all in? What can we do to be active, especially with limited space and if the weather is dreary!
